We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

A binding contract between you and WISHLY LLC is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.
5. Complaints, Warranty, and Right of Withdrawal
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@restlume.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
As a consumer, you are entitled to statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to goods that are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer purchasing from our store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email to support@restlume.com) before the 14-day period expires.
Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding original shipping costs, within 14 days.
Please note: The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items such as custom-made or personalized products.
6. User Obligations
When using our website or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
